Accessories Section Free Exchange: If your accessories order arrives with a different name or design than what you ordered, we will replace the product free of charge and as quickly as possible. Color Guarantee: We guarantee the colorfastness of our accessories for 18 months from the date of purchase. If the product"s color changes during this period, you can easily exchange it or receive a full refund. Clothing Section Size Exchange: If you receive a garment in a size different from what you ordered, you can easily exchange it without any complications. Other Cases: For cases unrelated to size, exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. General Conditions for Exchange and Return: Product Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and accompanying invoices. Note: If you ordered more than one item of clothing and the sizes are incorrect, exchange or rejection will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
